Energy Action Result

There is a tendency to focus on the things around us! How someone dresses, how another speaks, what someone eats, how another behaves, and so on. We distribute our energy without realizing that we are focusing everywhere except where it is needed!

Psalm 33:13-14

13 τίς ἐστιν ἄνθρωπος ὁ θέλων ζωήν, ἀγαπῶν ἡμέρας ἰδεῖν ἀγαθάς;

[eng] 13 Who is the man that desireth life: who liveth to see good days?

[eng] 14 Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.

Energy:

  • Action, movement, or function that tends to change a situation and produce a result.

  • The property of a physical body to do work.

Additionally, we learn that energy is neither created nor destroyed; it simply transfers from one body to another or transforms from one form to another.

Therefore, the total energy in the universe remains constant.

So when we deal with other people around us, either consciously or unconsciously, we transfer an energy to them. For example, if we negatively comment on someone's clothing, we automatically transfer negative energy. The same happens when we focus all our attention on someone we love, giving them all our (positive) energy, leaving little for ourselves.

The total energy available in the universe is abundant and constant. Everyone can use this energy, but the intention behind its use determines the outcomes. The significant factor, "intention," reflects back to us. Many times, we don't realize that we become recipients of our own thoughts, actions, and words.

Therefore, it is good for us to be more observant and careful with what we say, think, and do. Maintaining an energetic balance is equally important. Here, filtering through love and acceptance is a fair solution. Why consider it coincidental that Christ gave instructions to His disciples and faithful followers…

John 15:12

[eng] My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you.

The love of God is the force that created everything, both what we see and what we don't see. It is the answer to all our questions! The love of God created me, and it created you who are currently reading this article. Whatever I am to Him, you are too! No one is superior, and no one is inferior.

Why then does this divine energy of love, scattered throughout the universe, lose its essence and power when our minds and language become boastful? What is the intention behind the energy that we reflect in our daily lives?

Romans 12:9

Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.

Matthew 22:37-40

Jesus replied: “ ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ 38This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it:

‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

...'Love your neighbor as yourself'... So, we should start by focusing first on ourselves!

However, let's be careful not to confuse this with our selfish selves but with the essence of our human self.
