If you enjoy being in control, control yourself!

Neglecting his divine nature, man felt the need for dominance and control. Perhaps this was the only way that gave him the sense of rediscovering what he had lost. However, our divine essence did not aim for dominance in human nature or the world around us. Instead, by reigning in the "I am," we experience abundance through love and good deeds!

1 John 4:16

We have known and have believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and those who remain in love remain in God and God remains in them.

God, breathing His essence into humans, created them for good deeds driven by love, not as controllers of others' lives. Through the lessons of life, we realize that the more we try to control, the more we lose control, our reasoning, and our mental tranquility.

It's the so-called "go with the flow"!

Only that the "flow" sometimes will be smooth, and other times it will be stormy.

Isaiah 14:24

The Lord of heavenly forces has promised: As I intended, so it will be;

and as I have planned, so it will happen:

God, understanding human nature, foresaw our need for control. Therefore, His wisdom rewards our self-awareness and efforts for improvement, offering spiritual growth and inner peace. Thus, we have the ability to discover aspects of ourselves and evolve on a spiritual and mental level.

Being able to monitor and evaluate ourselves in various areas, with the aim of improvement, growth, and goal achievement, is necessary for self-control. What we can control is our thoughts, words, actions, choices, and beliefs!

As an interactive method of self-improvement, self-control opens the way to a more interesting and consistent life. Exploring the depths of ourselves allows us to create a more conscious and enriching relationship with the world around us. Awareness of all these aspects is a factor that, when applied to areas of our lives (work, relationships, health, etc.), contributes to the development of balance and well-being!

Proverbs 29:11

"A fool gives full vent to his spirit, but a wise man quietly holds it back."

Self-control not only helps us address negative aspects but also aids in recognizing and strengthening the positive aspects of ourselves. Our goal is continuous effort for personal improvement and growth.
