Transformation!

The radical change or alteration of form, nature (in someone/something), typically involving supernatural or magical energy.

To achieve this deep, essential change, a continuous process is required, which needs to be approached with patience and discipline. This process is not easy or comfortable. In reality, it requires facing the fears deeply rooted within us, the wounds, and the situations in our lives that hurt us. However, when surrendered to, this process gradually leads to joy, peace, love, compassion, and purpose.

Transformation begins from within. It is a transformation of the heart, mind, and soul. My experiences have taught me that only by invoking the heart towards God and establishing a personal connection with Him can the process of radical change take place.

2 Corinthians 5:17

ὥστε εἴ τις ἐν Χριστῷ καινὴ κτίσις· τὰ ἀρχαῖα παρῆλθεν, ἰδοὺ γέγονε καινὰ τὰ πάντα.

[eng] Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come:

The old has gone, the new is here!

Observation, prayer (or meditation, irrespective of religion), personal time with oneself, forgiveness, connection with nature, changes in daily habits, body movement, and the unchanging love of God are allies, helpers, and guides in the process of transformation.

In scriptures, many transformation stories can be found, two of which are those of the Prodigal Son (Luke 15:11-32) and Mary Magdalene (Luke 8:1-3). These stories remind us that God can transform anyone, regardless of their past or present circumstances.

Even if we don't read, we can look around and find people who have changed, who are changing, and say, "Yes! Ultimately, people can change!"

However, to enter the process of transformation, it is essential to first recognize the need for this profound change. It is in our hands to surrender to the present moment.

It is never too late; it will never be too late.

God knows our pain! He is present in everything we experience, say, and do. He wants to help us, but we have forgotten to ask for His help. In reality, we forgot to open our hearts to Him.

But why should we do it since He already knows? We need to speak to Him with our hearts, tell Him everything He already knows because, in this way, we become witnesses of the fall of our ego. Then He, who gave us free will and always sympathizes, is beside us and within us, helping us... that's what He's waiting for, for us to ask for His help. He will speak to each of us in His own unique way, and then we will understand how boundless His love is.

In Matthew 6:5-6

5 Καὶ ὅταν προσεύχῃ, οὐκ ἔσῃ ὥσπερ οἱ ὑποκριταί…

[eng] “And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites…

6 σὺ δὲ ὅταν προσεύχῃ, εἴσελθε εἰς τὸν ταμιεῖόν σου, καὶ κλείσας τὴν θύραν σου…

[eng] But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray…

Find your corner, your refuge, enter your room, and close the door. Pour out everything to Him. He is there, listening and waiting; He has been waiting for years!

Say everything that troubles you, everything that hurts you, everything you "thought" you kept hidden because you were ashamed to share it, everything that kneeled you, angered you, your wrongs and your rights, your complaints, your sorrow, your joy...

cry, shout, fall on the floor and scream... just open your heart; it doesn't matter how you say it, say it yourself, and He will understand! Just do that! Find a way, time, and place to talk to Him every day, with discipline and dedication, everything you think, everything you feel, your dreams, your fears! And He will give you your answer!

Each time, He will unfold everything you need to know at that moment. Because He is a loving Father... He won't tell you what you want to hear; He will tell you what you can bear to hear each time... and as you talk to Him, He will fill you with His wisdom and His unparalleled love.

He did it for me! What makes you believe He won't do it for you too?
