The moment arrives when life confronts us with the darkness hidden within us! It's the time when light falls upon it, and the pain becomes deep, dense, like the smoke of a fire... that takes your breath away and clouds your eyes. And the pain cuts you in half... and becomes unstoppable tears that, to prevent them from drowning your heart, flow from your eyes!

Talking about mental pain, it is essential to understand that whether we decide to collaborate with it or not, mental pain is an exceptional tool that helps us discover where exactly we are on the journey of life! This intensely unpleasant feeling that arises and is difficult to describe is a wonderful opportunity to come closer to our true selves, or at least in the search for it. Closer to the realization that pain, no matter how we experience it, is not something permanent! It is a sensation, an impression created in consciousness by situations we go through in our lives. However, the way we judge and experience these situations depends on the spiritual level at which we find ourselves! It is in our hands whether we will respond or react! If we decide to do the "work," clearing the old way of thinking! Or if we will continue to suffer...
In reality, there is no pain; there is only what I am experiencing at that moment, and the best way to free myself from it is to let it surface, to love it, to mourn it, to give it time! To give it love without negatively judging everything I feel!
So, pain is a mystery, but it is also a blessing! It is experienced differently by each one, just as we are all different... but everyone can transform through it, love and be loved. To face our fears and wounds, to remember who we truly are!
